enclosed courtyard to the rear, giving children a safe

place to play, and has superb views down

Spreacombe valley.

 

The cottage sleeps 6/7 comfortably and consists of

the following accommodation all on the ground floor:

 

Bedroom 1       Double Bed

Bedroom 2       Bunk beds (full size) and single bed

Bedroom 3       Twin beds with en-suite shower room

 

Living Room     The large living room looks over fields,

                       stream and pond and has comfortable

                       seating, TV, DVD and a well stocked

                       library with local information.

                      

Kitchen           The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped

                      with a fridge/freezer, microwave,

                      electric cooker, dishwasher and

                      general appliances.

 

                      Large eating area with comfortable

                      seating and views over farmland.

               

Bathroom        Corner bath with shower, WC and

                      basin. 

 

 

The cottage is centrally heated throughout with water fed from a deep spring bore.
